Dango Family Inc.

Terms

Effective 17 August 2026 · Last updated 17 August 2026

These cover the website and the enquiry form on it. If your organisation has a Vowric account, its agreement governs the service — not this page.

1. Who you are dealing with

Vowric is a product of Dango Family Inc. ("we", "us"). By using this website or sending us an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms.

2. What these terms cover

The website, and the enquiry form on it. They are not the terms of the Vowric service. Access to Vowric itself is granted under a separate written agreement with the organisation that holds the account; where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.

3. The website

You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share the link. It is provided as it is, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

What the site says about the product describes what we are building and how it works today. It is a description, not a contractual commitment, and features, limits and prices can change. Anything we commit to appears in the agreement, not in marketing copy.

4. Sending us an enquiry

The form is there so you can tell us about your business in your own words and attach whatever makes it concrete. A few things we need you to keep to:

What we do with what you send is set out in the Privacy page, including the automated pass that reads it and the providers involved.

5. Our reply

An enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige us to take you on as a customer. A reply from us is an answer to what you asked, not a quote, a proposal, or advice about your business, unless we say plainly that it is.

6. What belongs to whom

The text, design, name and marks on this site belong to Dango Family Inc.

What you send us stays yours. You give us permission to read it, process it as described on the Privacy page, and use it to answer you — nothing more. If we ever want to quote you publicly, we will ask first.

7. Things you must not do

8. No warranty, and the limit of what we owe

We provide this website and its contents "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that anything described here will suit your particular situation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of this website or these terms is limited to CAD $100, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business. If your organisation holds a Vowric account, the liability terms of that agreement govern the service instead of this clause.

Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction — without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live, if the law of your home jurisdiction gives you one.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
